1.踝关节转动轻柔地把孩子的两只脚脚底相对,并贴在一起,孩子立刻象通常一样的反抗了,他会用力地向外转脚,这是最好的。这就是说他已经做了一部分练习了。如果孩子不反抗,你可以帮助他转动。(图1①②)这个练习可以做四至五次。2.过头伸展把孩子的手握在你的手里,轻轻伸展,并把他的两手置于他的体侧,然后轻柔地把他的双手向上伸展一直过头(图2)。这个动作要做四至五次。3.鼻子把你的两手放在孩子的大腿下面,然后轻柔地慢慢抬起手,抬到最高点以后停住,慢慢地数五下。或者抬到孩子的头部稍稍下沉,这时放低你的手,做三次以后做别的练习,(图3)。假如你还有剩下的时间,返回做这个练习一至三次。
1. Ankle Rotation Gently place the child’s two feet on the soles of the feet and attach them together.
