单齿静压入实验是“牙轮钻头与岩石互作用仿真”课题的基础实验研究工作。西南石油学院钻头研究室针对四类岩石、三类不同冠部形状的硬质合金牙齿 ,进行了大量的单齿静压入实验。根据实验结果提出了三类牙齿静压入破碎坑的几何模型 ,并简要介绍了通过破碎坑实验数据的处理获取几何模型特征参数的方法。
Single-tooth static pressure experiment is the basic experimental research work of “the simulation of roller cone bit and rock interaction”. Drilling Research Laboratory, Southwest Petroleum Institute A large number of single-tooth static pressure experiments were conducted on four types of rock and three types of crown-shaped cemented carbide teeth. According to the experimental results, three kinds of geometrical models of static pressure into the crushing pit are proposed, and the method of obtaining the characteristic parameters of the geometrical model through the experimental data of the crushing pit is briefly introduced.
