以汽车后围上盖板零件为研究对象,阐述了利用Autoform软件对零件拉延成形进行有限元分析的一般步骤,并基于CAE分析结果预测拉延中出现的拉裂、起皱等成形缺陷。利用调整拉深筋参数、改变工艺补充面等方式,对成形结果进行优化。通过多次模拟给出成形的最佳工艺参数,为优化模具方案提供依据。为了对有限元分析的结果进行验证,对生产零件的实际数据进行测量,对比发现实际测量结果与CAE模拟结果比较吻合。实践证明:应用有限元分析可以达到预测汽车覆盖件拉延成形并进行缺陷分析的目的。
Taking the automobile rear cover plate as the research object, this paper expounds the general steps of finite element analysis of the drawing of parts by Autoform software and predicts the forming defects such as pull-out and wrinkle in the drawing based on CAE analysis results. By adjusting the parameters of drawbead and changing the process replenishment surface, the forming result is optimized. Through several simulations, the best forming parameters are given to provide the basis for optimizing the die plan. In order to validate the result of finite element analysis, the actual data of the production parts were measured and compared. The actual measurement results were in good agreement with the CAE simulation results. Practice has proved that: the application of finite element analysis can achieve the purpose of forecasting automotive panel drawing and defect analysis.
