对比了3种不同成品的真空热处理制度,分析了热处理参数对成品室温、高温力学性能及晶粒度的影响,并寻找出GH3600合金成品管材最佳的热处理工艺。通过实验得出,GH3600合金管材在真空退火炉中经900℃×30 min处理,可获得良好的室温、高温力学性能和晶粒度水平。
The vacuum heat treatment system of three kinds of finished products is compared. The influence of heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties and grain size of the finished product at room temperature and high temperature is analyzed. The best heat treatment process of finished pipe of GH3600 alloy is found out. The experiment shows that GH3600 alloy pipe can be treated at 900 ℃ for 30 min in a vacuum annealing furnace to obtain good room temperature, high temperature mechanical properties and grain size.
