采用8毫米波段的螺旋波导皆振腔和螺旋波导微调波长计,测量低损耗材抖介质的介电参数,得到精度为△e/e≤1％,△gδ/tgδ≤30％。
The dielectric parameters of the low loss material and the dielectric were measured by using the 8 mm band helical waveguide resonator and the helical waveguide. The accuracy was △ e / e≤1% and △ gδ / tgδ≤30%.
