我们设计的“眼球壁异物定位诊断校正程序”,可应用于X 线定位片存在误差的病例中,依据单一的定位片就可以用电子计算机迅速定出球壁异物的空间坐标,并同时得到异物摘出时所需的有关参数(钟点数、象限位、弦长等),经临床分析27例(33组数据)以及应用6例(9组数据)结果满意,特介绍如下:一、材料1.对象:1984—1990年,我院27例“球壁异物”的双位X 线定位片平面测量数据(X、Y、Z)共33组。其中,X、Y、Z 分别代表异物距离矢状面、水平面、冠状面的距离.X 线定位片误差4例(结合眼底检查1例,B 超定位2例、A超定位1例,均提示“球壁异物”)误诊“球内异物”而未吸出异物2例。共6例(9组数据)。2.工具:“长城牌”电子计算机(简称:电脑)
