目的:研究蜂斗菜抗过敏有效部位。方法:蜂斗菜95%乙醇提取物分别用石油醚、氯仿、正丁醇萃取,各部位均进行小鼠同种和异种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)实验、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高实验及2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)实验,从而确定蜂斗菜抗过敏有效部位。结果:与模型组比较,蜂斗菜氯仿提取部位在小鼠同种及异种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)模型、组胺致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高模型以及小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型上均显示显著的抗过敏作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂斗菜氯仿提取部位有良好的抗Ⅰ型和Ⅳ型超敏反应作用。
Objective: To study the effective anti-allergic parts of butterbur Methods: 95% ethanol extract of butterbur was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol respectively. All mice were subjected to homologous and heterogeneous passive skin allergic reaction (PCA) in mice. Histamine-induced capillary permeability in mice Sexual uptake test and 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) -induced delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice to determine the effective anti-allergic parts of butterbur. Results: Compared with the model group, the extract of bitter mustard in mouse models of allogeneic and heterogeneous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), histamine-induced mouse model of capillary permeability increase and delayed hypersensitivity in mice DTH) model showed significant anti-allergic effects, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The chloroform extract of butterbur has good anti-type I and type IV hypersensitivity reactions.
