KB-400型400毫安X线机为全波整流、双球管、双焦点的诊断X线机。该机控制电路大都采用2H型、3H型及DZ-644型等不同类型的继电器。由于使用维护不当或因制造质量不良等原因,继电器发生故障是常见的,严重的影响了X线检查工作。为此,我们将该机中的TDR和RA继电器进行了改装处理,获得良好效果。现将改进方法介绍如下,供参考。一、延时继电器该机延时继电器TDR是在通电后,电动机开始运转,经0.8～1.2秒后接点闭合,
The KB-400 400 mA X-ray machine is a full-wave rectification, dual-tube, dual-focus diagnostic X-ray machine. Most of the control circuits of this machine adopt different types of relays such as 2H type, 3H type and DZ-644 type. Due to improper use and maintenance or due to poor manufacturing quality, failure of relays is common and seriously affects X-ray inspection work.
