用高能X射线辐照处理34、5、龄光肩星天牛幼虫,结果表明:辐照引起幼虫的生活期延长,发育迟缓;辐照抗性随虫龄的增加而增强,5龄幼虫最耐辐照,阻止其化蛹的剂量为55~60 Gy。γ射线辐照杨树木段中光肩星天牛幼虫的结果也表明,60Gy能够100%阻止老熟幼虫化蛹。因此,可以推荐60 Gy作为光肩星天牛幼虫检疫辐照处理的有效剂量,用于原木和木质包装的检疫除害处理。
