目的:研究白细胞介素-17(IL-17)对体外大鼠心脏致室性心律失常的作用,初步探讨其导致室性心律失常的机制。方法:采用大鼠体外心脏灌流模型观察IL-17对心脏室性心律失常的作用。结果:不同浓度的IL-17灌流能引起体外心脏室性心律失常,且室性心律失常发生次数随着IL-17浓度的增加而增多(P<0.05);经IL-17抗体处理后同等浓度的IL-17引起的室性心律失常较前明显减少(P<0.05),经程序电刺激快速室性心律失常的诱发率在IL-17抗体组也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17能够引起体外心脏室性心律失常。
Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-17 (IL-17) on ventricular arrhythmia induced by in vitro rat ventricular arrhythmia and to explore the underlying mechanism of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: The effects of IL-17 on ventricular arrhythmia in rats were observed by in vitro cardioplegia model. Results: Different concentrations of IL-17 perfusion could induce ventricular arrhythmia in vitro, and the number of ventricular arrhythmia increased with the increase of IL-17 concentration (P <0.05). After IL-17 antibody treatment, IL-17-induced ventricular arrhythmia was significantly reduced compared with the previous (P <0.05). The induction rate of rapid ventricular arrhythmia by electrical stimulation was also significantly decreased in the IL-17 antibody group (P <0.05). Conclusion: IL-17 can cause ventricular arrhythmia in vitro.
