Under the anesthesia of 23 cats and triiodide quaternary ammonium phenol, the change of the renal sympathetic nerve was observed when the left atrium and the receptors in the bladder were stimulated. It was found that the frequency of renal sympathetic outflow was reduced by 9.0-15.2% (p <0.01) during the 1 min pull-out of the left atrium with a weight of 50-80 g. This effect was significantly attenuated after the bilateral vagus nerves were severed. With 38 ℃ physiological saline inflated the bladder 10S, the renal sympathetic nerve discharge increased by 50.5% (p <0.01) compared with the control value. After cutting off the nerves that control the bladder, the reaction basically disappeared. The mechanism and functional significance of the above phenomenon Brief discussion.
