今年国网天津客服中心继续深化推广“集团客户统一缴费”业务,充分利用国网天津客服中心的跨区域服务平台优势,打造“集团客户统一缴费”专项服务品牌。2015年客户服务中心已实现集团客户每月统一缴费金额比2014年翻一番,月均收费4500余万元,年均达4.5亿元。另外,客户服务中心实现了集团客户发票合并打印及SG186营销系统内集团客户收费权限绑定功能,真正做到“缴费服务一站式,缴费过程四个一”。
This year, the State Grid Tianjin Customer Service Center continued to deepen the promotion of “unified payment for group customers” business and made full use of the cross-regional service platform advantages of State Grid Tianjin Customer Service Center to create “special service fee for group customers”. In 2015, the customer service center has realized that the monthly unified payment amount of the Group’s customers has doubled from 2014, with an average monthly fee of 45 million yuan and an average annual amount of 450 million yuan. In addition, the customer service center has realized the group customer invoice consolidation printing and the group customer charging authority binding function in the SG186 marketing system, so that “one-stop payment service and one payment process” are truly achieved.
