使用碳酸盐发泡剂在120t钢包炉上进行了泡沫渣埋弧加热试验。试验结果表明:发泡剂的发泡性能能够满足泡沫渣埋弧加热工艺要求;加入120kg发泡剂,熔渣的相对发泡高度约为100%,发泡持续时间8min以上;当加热时间为11~15min时,泡沫渣埋弧加热的钢液平均升温速度提高了18.6%。
Foam slag submerged arc heating test was carried out on a 120 t ladle furnace using carbonate foaming agent. The results show that the foaming property of foaming agent can meet the requirement of submerged arc heating of foamed slag. When adding 120kg foaming agent, the relative foaming height of slag is about 100% and the foaming duration is more than 8min. When the heating time is 11 ~ 15min, the average heating rate of molten steel submerged arc-raised by 18.6%.
