考虑到地下水对地下室的影响较大,往往会采取一定的抗浮措施。针对传统抗浮锚杆施工工艺存在的缺陷,提出一种改进后的防腐防水环保型抗浮锚杆施工技术。文章介绍了该技术的工艺特点,施工流程和操作要点。实践证明,这种技术不仅取得了良好的经济和社会效益而且有效解决了建筑物因地下水位变化所带来的不利影响,能有效提高筏板基础的抗腐蚀性和防水性。
Taking into account the larger impact of groundwater on the basement, often take some anti-floating measures. Aiming at the defects of traditional anti-floating anchor construction technology, an improved anti-corrosion and waterproof anti-floating anchor construction technology is proposed. The paper introduces the technical characteristics of the technology, construction process and operational points. Practice has proved that this technology has not only achieved good economic and social benefits but also effectively solved the adverse effects caused by changes in groundwater level of buildings, which can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and waterproofing of the raft foundation.
