目的:为了准确地、客观地评价医院科室之间绩效高低,需对各科室医疗服务数量、服务质量、服务效率、服务效益等方面进行综合考核,从中找差距,学先进、赶先进,取得更好的经济效益和社会效益。方法:采用因子分析法对某医院外科系统六个科室2009年1~4季的医疗绩效进行综合评价。结果:通过分析得出:妇产科绩效最好,其次为骨三科、肛肠科、骨一科、骨二科,最差为外科。结论:因子分析是一种很好的统计分析方法。在临床科室间绩效考核中具有合理性、综合性和可行性,值得在医院管理中推广运用。
