近年来化学和药理研究证明,人参皂甙是人参的有效成分。因此,研究皂甙在培养组织中的积累情况具有重要意义。1978~1979年,在以往工作的基础上,对人参组织培养中皂甙积累的情况进行了初步的研究,其结果:(1)由人参嫩茎、根和果肉发生的各种愈伤组织中,皂甙含量为1.4~1.65%(干物重的%,下同),而以根愈伤组织中较高;(2)在用67-V、ER、B_(?)、MS、N_6和 SH 等6种培养基培养出的茎愈仿组织的干物中,皂甙含量在0.71~1.66%,其中以 B_5培养
Chemical and pharmacological studies have demonstrated in recent years that ginseng saponin is an effective ingredient of ginseng.
