北京第三制药厂从意大利引进一台生产胶囊的机器,在制成的胶囊上需要印字,而印字所用油墨又需要一种“稀释剂”以调节粘度。这种稀释剂的配方,意大利厂家不肯公开。为此,我们受北京第三制药厂的委托,对意大利进口的这种油墨稀释剂进行了化学分析鉴定。稀释剂原液为淡红色液体,有轻度的刺激性气味,经蒸馏划分为两个无色的馏份,即未知Ⅰ,沸点88～89℃;未知Ⅱ,沸点136～137℃。我们对稀释剂原液及其蒸馏后划分的两个馏份进行了毛细管柱气液色谱分析,结果报告如下。
Beijing No. 3 Pharmaceutical Factory introduced a capsule-producing machine from Italy that required printing on the resulting capsule, and the ink used for printing required a “thinner” to adjust viscosity. This thinner formula, the Italian manufacturers will not be open. For this reason, we are entrusted by Beijing No. 3 Pharmaceutical Factory to carry out the chemical analysis and appraisal on the imported ink diluent from Italy. Diluent stock solution is a light red liquid with mild irritating odor. It is divided into two colorless fractions by distillation. Namely unknown Ⅰ, boiling point 88-89 ℃; unknown Ⅱ, boiling point 136- 137 ℃. We conducted a capillary column gas-liquid chromatographic analysis of the two fractions of the diluent stock and its fractions after distillation. The results are reported below.
