完成了两片直线配筋体外预应力钢-轻骨料混凝土简支组合梁的试验,对梁在集中荷载作用下的应变、位移和破坏状态进行分析,并把试验结果和计算结果进行了对比。试验梁下部为钢梁,上部为CL35轻骨料混凝土。该类型梁按塑性理论分析的极限承载力比弹性计算值高73.1%,试验得出的极限承载力比塑性理论计算结果高大约20%。钢-混凝土之间发生了相对滑移,说明对此类型梁的分析应按部分剪力连接。梁的弹性阶段能够维持到总荷载为250 kN以后,可知梁的弹性承载力高于弹性计算值36.4%以上。
The test of two linear reinforced externally prestressed steel-lightweight aggregate concrete simply supported composite beams is completed. The strain, displacement and failure of beams under concentrated load are analyzed. The experimental results and the calculated results are compared . The lower part of the test beam is a steel beam and the upper part is CL35 lightweight aggregate concrete. According to the plastic theory, the ultimate load carrying capacity of this type of beam is 73.1% higher than the calculated value of elasticity. The ultimate bearing capacity of this type of beam is about 20% higher than that calculated by plastic theory. The relative slip between steel and concrete occurred, indicating that the analysis of this type of beam should be partially shear-connected. Beam elastic phase can be maintained until the total load of 250 kN later, we can see that the elastic bearing capacity of the beam is higher than the calculated elasticity of 36.4%.
