社会转型时期的大学生心理健康问题的类型及成因错综复杂,主要表现为:人际交往缺陷、角色适应不良、情感困惑干扰、家境欠缺重荷、自我意识模糊、就业困难压力。这势必要构建一个多层次、深层次、具有明确发展取向的心理健康教育模式,包括:乐观友善的教育环境、多元参与的教育理念、科学规范的教育网络、素质全面的教育队伍、形式多样的教育活动、自我教育的主体意识。有助于大学生追求或回归健全的学习人生,对整个社会的未来,更具潜在的重大发展价值。
The types and causes of mental health problems of undergraduates during social transition are complicated and mainly caused by the following problems: the defects of interpersonal communication, the mismatch of roles, the interference of emotional confusion, the lack of heavy load in the family environment, the vague self-awareness and the pressure of employment difficulties. This is necessary to build a multi-level, deep-level, with a clear development orientation of mental health education model, including: an optimistic and friendly educational environment, pluralistic participation in the educational philosophy, scientific and standardized education network, a comprehensive quality of education team, a variety of Educational activities, self-awareness of the main body of education.
