目的 :分离日本血吸虫成虫脲溶抗原中有免疫学活性的抗原分子 ,探讨其诊断血吸虫病的效果。方法 :利用SDS PAGE及免疫印迹法分析日本血吸虫成虫脲溶抗原 ,采用电泳层析法分离有免疫活性的 4 2kD蛋白 ,ELISA分析 4 2kD蛋白诊断血吸虫病的灵敏度和特异性。结果 :电泳层析获得了具有免疫学活性的 4 2kD蛋白 ;分离的 4 2kD蛋白诊断血吸虫病的灵敏度和特异性分别为 88.0 9%和 97.0 6 %。结论 :日本血吸虫成虫脲溶 4 2kD蛋白是一种日本血吸虫的血清学抗原 ,可用于血吸虫病诊断
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the antigen molecules with immunological activity in Ureaplasma antigens of Schistosoma japonicum, and to explore its effect in diagnosing schistosomiasis. Methods: SDS-PAGE and Western blotting were used to analyze the Ureaplasma antigens of adult Schistosoma japonicum. The immunologically active 4 2 kD protein was separated by electrophoresis. The sensitivity and specificity of 4 2 kD protein in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis were analyzed by ELISA. Results: The 4 2 kD protein with immunological activity was obtained by electrophoresis. The sensitivity and specificity of the isolated 4 2 kD protein in diagnosing schistosomiasis were 88.0 9% and 97.0 6%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The adult Ureaplasma japonicum solution 4 2kD protein is a serological antigen of Schistosoma japonicum and can be used for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis
