用实际焊接接头和热模拟试样测定了15MnMoVNXt、HQ80、StE690三种低合金高强钢焊接热影响区(HAZ)在不同温度下的冲击韧性。了解到这些钢HAZ冲击韧性随线能量的变化规律,并从显微组织、精细结构和钢的化学成分几方面分析了它们的冲击韧性变化和差别的原因。
The impact toughness of three low alloy high strength HAZ heat-affected zones (HAZ) of 15MnMoVNXt, HQ80 and StE690 at different temperatures were measured with the actual welded joint and the thermal simulation specimen. The change rules of the HAZ impact toughness of these steels with respect to the line energy were obtained. The changes of the impact toughness and the causes of the differences were analyzed from the microstructure, the fine structure and the chemical composition of the steel.
