人力资源是企业在日趋激烈的竞争市场立于不败之地的重要保证,在一定程度上起着决定性作用对企业来说,有效的人力资源管理建立将有助于企业保留,吸引和激励人才,从而推动企业的发展战略实践。但在实际应用中,由于种种原因人力资源没有得到充分的利用。本论文将研究分析人力资源利用实际中的种种问题,找出矛盾的根源,从而探索出适合我国的人才资源状况的利用手段,以便达到企业效益最大化。
Human resources are an important guarantee for enterprises to be invincible in the increasingly fiercely competitive market, and they play a decisive role to a certain extent. For enterprises, effective human resource management will help companies retain, attract and motivate talents. In order to promote the company’s development strategy and practice. However, in practical applications, human resources have not been fully utilized due to various reasons. This paper will study and analyze the various problems in the actual use of human resources, identify the root causes of contradictions, and then explore the means of utilization of human resources in China to maximize the efficiency of enterprises.
