在92℃下,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、丙烯酸(AA)为单体对C5石油树脂进行接枝共聚改性研究。由红外光谱、特性黏数和GPC数据可以得出:丙烯酸接枝到C5石油树脂的基体上。经丙烯酸接枝共聚改性后,C5石油树脂的分子量大幅度提高,分子量分布明显变窄,特性黏数也增加,丙烯酸在C5石油树脂上的接枝率较高。通过设计正交试验,探讨了引发剂的量、单体的量和反应时间3个因素对接枝率的影响。丙烯酸用量(C5石油树脂为100份基准)小于2份时,接枝率随着丙烯酸用量的增加而增加;大于2份时,接枝率降低。产物的接枝率随BPO用量的增加而增大。反应时间小于4 h时,接枝率随着反应时间的增加而增加,大于4 h时,接枝率稍有降低。当丙烯酸用量为2份,过氧化二苯甲酰用量为0.3份,反应时间为4 h时,产物的接枝率最高。
The graft copolymerization of C5 petroleum resin with BPO as initiator and acrylic acid (AA) as monomer at 92 ℃ was studied. From infrared spectroscopy, intrinsic viscosity and GPC data can be drawn: acrylic grafted to the C5 petroleum resin matrix. After acrylic acid graft copolymerization modified, C5 petroleum resin molecular weight increased significantly, the molecular weight distribution was significantly narrower, the intrinsic viscosity increased, acrylic acid in the C5 petroleum resin grafted rate higher. The effects of initiator amount, monomer amount and reaction time on the grafting rate were investigated by designing orthogonal experiments. When the amount of acrylic acid (C5 petroleum resin is 100 parts) is less than 2 parts, the graft ratio increases with the increase of the amount of acrylic acid. When the amount of acrylic acid is more than 2 parts, the graft ratio decreases. The grafting rate of products increased with the increase of BPO dosage. When the reaction time is less than 4 h, the grafting rate increases with the increase of the reaction time. When the reaction time is longer than 4 h, the grafting rate slightly decreases. When the amount of acrylic acid is 2 parts, the amount of dibenzoyl peroxide 0.3 parts, the reaction time is 4 h, the product of the highest grafting rate.
