目前,在全国的舞蹈培训行业中,我们不难发现,很多培训机构在用人时使用的还是“口头协议”。其实,这个现象跟我国的行业发展状况有关。目前,整个舞蹈培训行业中很多俱乐部的运营方式都是作坊式的。而这种粗放式的经营模式让兼职教师成为整个艺术培训行业的常态。然而,我们不得不承认,在培训机构上了一个台阶之后,聘用全职教师,签订正规的劳动合同才能更加稳定教师团队,这是舞蹈培训机构长期稳定发展的
At present, in the national dance training industry, we can easily find out that many training institutions use “verbal agreements” when employing them. In fact, this phenomenon is related to the development of our country’s industry. At present, many clubs throughout the dance training industry operate in a workshop style. This extensive mode of operation allows part-time teachers to become the norm in the art training industry. However, we have to admit that after the training institutes have reached a high level, the employment of full-time teachers and formal labor contracts will result in a more stable teachers’ team. This is a long-term and stable development of dance training institutions
