It is generally accepted that stable rose-forming cells (Es-RFCs) represent activated T-lymphocytes. In this paper, from the aspects of E-rose (cellular immunity) and enzyme staining (cytochemistry), the effect of acupuncture on Es-RFC was observed in the percentage of rose stability in peripheral blood of 24 patients. % (Normal level), after the needle significantly increased (P <0.005), and see a certain degree of adjustment, and acupuncture effect more sustainable 24 hours. At the same time, we also observed the change of EsNACR’s ANAE classification. Before and after acupuncture, the spot type accounted for 47-52%, followed by diffuse type accounted for 36-33%, the other type (ANAE) Mainly negative) accounted for about 17-15%. Point type after the needle to enhance and diffuse and other types were not significantly reduced (P> 0.05).
