目的：了解参加征兵体检青年常见心电图的改变、意义以及体检结果判定。方法：对500例参加征兵体检青年进行常规12导联心电图检查，心电图结果按《征兵心电图诊断标准》进行分析。结果：310例心电图正常，170例大致正常心电图，20例异常心电图。结论：通过心电图检查，同时结合临床、心脏听诊、心脏彩超等，可以正确判断受检者是否患有心血管疾病，为部队输送合格兵员提供诊断依据。“,”Objective:To investigate the conscription examination youth in common ECG changes,significance and the examination result.Method:500 cases in the conscription exami-nation youth routine 12 lead electrocardiogram examination,electrocardiogram results according to “standard”draft of ECG diagnosis.Results:in 310 cases of normal ECG,170 normal ECG, 20 cases of abnormal ecg.Conclusion:the ECG,combined with clinical,auscultation of the heart,heart color,can correctly judge the subjects with cardiovascular disease,provide the basis for diagnosis of qualified personnel for the army.
