2010年是“十一五”规划的收官之年,也是中国电信江苏公司推动全业务发展迈上新台阶的重要一年。实现全业务又好又快发展,必须坚持以转型为引领,坚定不移地推进聚焦客户的信息化创新战略;必须坚持转变发展方式,优化结构,实施精确管理,不断提高增长的质量和效益;必须坚持统筹协同、凸显差异、合作创新,积极探索适合中国电信特点的融合发展道路。当前,尤其要以加快全业务发展深化企业转型,实现新的阶段性战略转型目标。
2010 is the closing year for the 11th Five-Year Plan and also an important year for China Telecom Jiangsu Company to push forward its entire business development to a new level. To achieve sound and fast growth of all business, we must adhere to the transformation as the guide, and unswervingly promote the informatization innovation strategy of focusing on customers. We must insist on transforming the mode of development, optimizing the structure, implementing precise management and constantly improving the quality and efficiency of growth. Must adhere to the overall coordination and cooperation, highlighting the differences, cooperation and innovation, and actively explore the characteristics of China Telecom for integration of development. At present, we must deepen the transformation of enterprises in order to accelerate the development of all-round business and achieve the goal of a new phase of strategic transformation.
