目的对宫颈癌组织中TGF-β1、Foxp3蛋白进行检测,结合临床病理资料,分析其表达相关性及与患者临床病理资料及预后的关系。方法选取本院2012-01-2014-12手术切除的宫颈组织石蜡标本共108例,分宫颈癌组,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组,及慢性宫颈炎组,应用免疫组化法检测每组标本中TGF-β1、Foxp3蛋白的表达,分析其在不同宫颈病变、宫颈癌组织中的表达差异与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 TGF-β1、Foxp3两种蛋白在宫颈癌组织中存在的表达差异与肿瘤细胞的临床分期,分化程度及淋巴结转移有相关性,提示检测TGF-β1与Foxp3可以反映肿瘤的进展情况。结论 TGF-β1、Foxp3蛋白在宫颈癌组织中表达增高,可能在促使宫颈癌细胞产生免疫逃逸、促进宫颈癌的形成及转移等方面发挥重要作用。肿瘤组织中TGF-β1、Foxp3蛋白有可能作为判断患者预后的指标,并作为探索肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of TGF-β1 and Foxp3 in cervical cancer and to analyze the relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 and Foxp3 protein and clinical pathological data and prognosis. Methods A total of 108 cases of cervical tissue paraffin-embedded specimens from our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were divided into cervical cancer group, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group and chronic cervicitis group. Immunohistochemistry TGF-β1, Foxp3 protein expression in different cervical lesions, cervical cancer tissue expression differences and the relationship between clinicopathological parameters. Results The expression differences of TGF-β1 and Foxp3 in cervical cancer tissues were correlated with the clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of tumor cells, suggesting that the detection of TGF-β1 and Foxp3 may reflect the progress of tumor. Conclusion The expression of TGF-β1 and Foxp3 in cervical cancer tissues is increased, which may play an important role in promoting the immune escape of cervical cancer cells and promoting the formation and metastasis of cervical cancer. Tumor tissue TGF-β1, Foxp3 protein may determine the prognosis of patients as an indicator, and as a new target for the exploration of tumor immunotherapy.
