〔目的〕根据目前蜱媒病原的危害情况,从分子流行病学角度探讨可能存在的新发蜱媒传染病及复合感染情况。〔方法〕采集黑龙江11个口岸的蜱,通过病原培养分离,动物试验后进行分子生物学检测。〔结果〕检出5种病原微生物,全沟硬蜱可同时携带这5种病原体,发现了复合感染蜱。〔结论〕黑龙江口岸蜱类及蜱携带病原体情况复杂,引起蜱传疾病的风险巨大。
[Objective] According to the current situation of tick pathogen pathogens, we probed into the possible new tick-borne infectious diseases and compound infections from the perspective of molecular epidemiology. [Method] Ticks collected from 11 ports of Heilongjiang were separated by pathogen culture, and molecular biology was performed after animal experiment. [Results] Five kinds of pathogenic microorganisms were detected. Ivy Ixodes could carry these five kinds of pathogens at the same time, and the composite infection ticks were found. [Conclusion] The ticks and tick-carrying pathogens in Heilongjiang Port are complex and cause a great risk of tick-borne diseases.
