大学生是我国社会发展、经济建设的预备军和接班人。大学生心理素质高低、心理健康状况对大学生综合能力的发展具有很大影响。在多元的网络文化的社会背景下,激烈的就业竞争和学习压力容易使大学生产生心理障碍,诱发心理疾病、形成思想偏激,走上违法犯罪道路。加强大学生心理健康教育是我国大学教育的重点和核心,也是我国现代化教育坚持以人文本、人文精神的具体体现。本文主要从体育锻炼的角度,浅谈了体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响。
College students are the reserve army and successor to China’s social development and economic construction. The psychological quality of undergraduates and mental health have great influence on the development of comprehensive abilities of undergraduates. Under the background of diversified network culture, intense employment competition and pressure of study tend to make college students produce psychological barriers, induce mental illness, form radical thinking, and embark on the road of committing crimes. To strengthen the mental health education of college students is the key and core of our university education and also the embodiment of our country’s modernization education insisting on humanistic and humane spirit. This article mainly discusses the impact of physical exercise on the mental health of college students from the perspective of physical exercise.
