本文对调质态的42CrMo钢在比例循环加载和双轴非比例圆形应变路径下的流动特性进行了实验研究.在圆形应变路径下,塑性应变率与偏应力、偏应力率的夹角以及塑性模量在一个循环周次内呈周期性波动,且随着等效应变幅值增加,波动幅度明显减小;在相同等效应变幅值下,圆形应变路径的平均塑性模量大于扭转路径的循环饱和塑性模量,且等效应变幅值越小,两者差别越大;在等效应变幅值较小时,等效剪应变与轴向应变的响应等效性很差.
In this paper, the flow behavior of tempered 42CrMo steel under cyclic loading and biaxial non-proportional circular strain paths was studied experimentally. Under the circular strain path, the angle between the plastic strain rate and the deviatoric stress, the deviatoric stress ratio and the plastic modulus fluctuate periodically in one cycle, and the amplitude of fluctuation is obviously reduced with the increase of the equivalent strain amplitude ; In the same equivalent strain amplitude, the average plastic modulus of the circular strain path is greater than the cyclic saturated plastic modulus of the torsional path, and the smaller the equivalent strain amplitude, the greater the difference between the two; in the equivalent strain amplitude When it is small, the equivalence between equivalent shear strain and axial strain is poor.
