目的测定上海地区T2DM患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,分析其影响因素。方法选取T2DM患者(T2DM组)452例和健康体检者(NC组)60名,测定血清SOD、C-P、HbA1c、FPG、LDL-C、TG及TC水平。结果 T2DM组血清SOD水平低于NC组[(132.25±21.43)vs(156.64±18.77)U/ml,P<0.05]。在T2DM组中,男性血清SOD水平高于女性[(135.38±22.62)vs(129.36±19.88)U/ml,P<0.01];49岁以下各年龄段男性血清SOD水平均高于女性(P<0.01),而50岁以上各年龄段男性与女性血清SOD水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性患者中,20~29岁年龄段血清SOD水平最高,≥70岁年龄段SOD水平最低,各年龄段水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=24.56,P<0.001);女性患者中,20~29岁年龄段血清SOD水平最高,70~86岁年龄段SOD水平最低,各年龄段水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=13.75,P<0.001);T2DM患者血清SOD水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.531,P<0.001);Logistic逐步回归分析显示,血清SOD水平降低与HbA1c浓度异常相关。结论T2DM患者血清SOD水平低于正常人,且受性别、年龄、血糖、血脂等因素的影响。
Objective To determine the level of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in T2DM patients in Shanghai and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 452 T2DM patients (T2DM group) and 60 healthy subjects (NC group) were selected for determination of serum SOD, C-P, HbA1c, FPG, LDL-C, TG and TC levels. Results The level of serum SOD in T2DM group was lower than that in NC group [(132.25 ± 21.43) vs (156.64 ± 18.77) U / ml, P <0.05]. In T2DM group, serum SOD level in males was higher than that in females [(135.38 ± 22.62) vs (129.36 ± 19.88) U / ml, P <0.01] 0.01). There was no significant difference in the serum SOD levels between men and women over 50 years of age (P> 0.05). Among male patients, serum SOD level was the highest between 20 and 29 years old, (F = 24.56, P <0.001). Among the female patients, the level of serum SOD was the highest in the 20-29 age group and the lowest in the 70-86 age group, the difference was statistically significant The level of SOD in T2DM patients was negatively correlated with age (r = -0.531, P <0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum SOD The level of HbA1c is associated with abnormal levels of HbA1c. Conclusions The level of serum SOD in T2DM patients is lower than that in normal subjects and is affected by such factors as gender, age, blood glucose and blood lipid.
