在pH=2.0的盐酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,恩诺沙星与溴甲酚绿反应生成1∶2的离子对缔合物,可被1,2-二氯乙烷萃取,其最大吸收波长为415nm。恩诺沙星的浓度在0.25—4.0mg/L范围内服从比耳定律,线性方程为A=0.4698C(mg/L)-0.0136,方法检出限为49.2μg/L。平行6次测定样品相对标准偏差为0.99%—3.92%,回收率为94.3%—103%。用于药物中恩诺沙星的检测,简捷、快速,结果满意。
