[目的]研究北热带岩溶区优势树种蚬木幼苗的光合与蒸腾特性。[方法]利用野外生长正常的1~2年生蚬木实生苗,经盆栽和控水试验,研究其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率的变化。[结果]正常供水和长期干旱处理的幼苗,其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率存在极显著差异,长期干旱将显著降低净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,提高水分利用效率。[结论]蚬木具有光合、蒸腾速率较低,水分利用效率较高,抗旱性较强的生态特性。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the photosynthetic and transpiration characteristics of Alnus cremastogyne seedlings in the North Tropic Karst Region. [Method] With the growth of 1 ~ 2 year old Alnus asiatica seedlings with normal growth in field, the changes of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of potted alder were studied by potting and water control experiment. [Result] The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of seedlings with normal water supply and long-term drought treatment were significantly different. The long-term drought would significantly reduce the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance and increase the water content usage efficiency. [Conclusion] Alnus cremastogyne had the characteristics of photosynthesis, transpiration rate, higher water use efficiency and stronger drought resistance.
