I took over a school-famous chaotic class. The students in this class adopted nine provinces and nine cities in three provinces. Many people were originally contaminated with some bad habits. In only one week of schooling, the hooks on the classroom windows were all wiped out. There were 24 cases of fighting, theft and damage to public property. A classmate from the countryside who wants to study hard has simply moved the desk to another class. Face this class. What should I do? Choosing the quasi-head sheep, and shifting to any one of the ten chaos classes, is by no means disappointing, but there are so many people who have greater influence and take the lead. If we focus on transforming the energy of those “leading sheep” into positive factors, we will have the tremendous power to change the situation and build an excellent class collective.
