应用NADPH脱氢酶反应(NADPHd反应)显示SD大鼠黑质纹状体系统内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性细胞和末梢,用计算机图像灰度仪测其染色强度。结果:正常大鼠纹状体内存在的阳性神经元和末梢分布位置不同;高密度末梢分布于纹状体腹外侧缘,此区细胞数亦较多;低密度区分布于纹状体背内侧区,阳性细胞数亦较少。苍白球、丘脑和黑质未见NOS阳性物质。
NADPH dehydrogenase reaction (NADPH d reaction) showed nitric oxide synthase (NOS) -positive cells and terminals in the nigrostriatal system of SD rats, and their staining intensities were measured by computer image grayscale. Results: The distribution of positive neurons and terminals in normal striatum were different. High-density terminals were distributed in the lateral ventral edge of striatum, and there were many cells in this area. The low-density areas were located in the dorsal medial area of striatum , The number of positive cells is also less. Globus pallidus, thalamus and substantia nigra had no NOS-positive substances.
