以闽江口鳝鱼滩潮汐湿地为研究对象,于2014-2015年大潮月(10月)和小潮月(4月)中的大小潮日对芦苐、短叶茳芏、互花米草3种湿地土壤间隙水中活性硅酸盐、无机氮浓度和表层土壤生物硅、全氮含量进行测定分析,探讨潮汐作用对河口湿地土壤及间隙水中硅、氮含量的影响.结果表明:湿地土壤间隙水活性硅酸盐、表层土壤生物硅含量在大潮月均略高于小潮月,其中大潮月小潮日土壤间隙水活性硅酸盐含量最高,表层土壤生物硅含量最低,而大潮月大潮日则与之相反.不同植被带湿地土壤间隙水中NH_4~+N、NO_3~--N含量均表现为小潮月高于大潮月,且小潮日NH_4~+-N含量显著高于大潮日(P<0.05).潮汐引起的水淹时间、干湿交替等水文条件变化对河口湿地土壤及间隙水中硅、氮元素含量具有重要影响,而植被类型对其分布亦具有一定影响.
Taking the eel beach tidal wetland of Minjiang River estuary as the research object, the effects of tideland wetland on the tidal wetlands of Reed, Short-leaved osprey, Spartina alterniflora 3 in the tide month (October) and the small tide month (April) The contents of active silicate and inorganic nitrogen in soil interstitial water and the contents of biogenic silicon and total nitrogen in topsoil of wetland soils were measured to investigate the effects of tide on the contents of silicon and nitrogen in estuarine wetland soil and interstitial water.The results showed that: The content of biogenic silicate and surface soil bio-silica was slightly higher than that of the low tide month in the tide month, with the highest content of active interstitial water silicate on the tide day and the lowest content of biogenic silicon on the tide day, On the contrary, the content of NH_4 ~ + N and NO_3 ~ N in the interstitial water of wetlands in different vegetation zones showed that the tide month was higher than that of the tide month, and the NH_4 ~ + -N content of the tide day was significantly higher than that of tide day (P <0.05). The change of hydrological conditions caused by tide, such as flooding time and alternate wetting and drying, has an important influence on the contents of silicon and nitrogen in the estuarine wetland soil and interstitial water, and the vegetation types also have an impact on their distribution.
