采用新生小鼠颅骨体外培养模型,研究了表皮生长因子调节骨吸收的作用,发现1、10、100ng/ml的表皮生长因子能增加培养上清液中钙的含量,差异非常显著(P<0.001).此外发现:表皮生长因子(1ng/ml)能刺激培养颅骨释放骨钙素。组织学观察发现:表皮生长因子处理过的颅骨骨吸收活跃。结果提示,表皮生长因子具有强烈刺激骨吸收的作用。
The effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on bone resorption were studied using a newborn mouse skull model in vitro. It was found that epidermal growth factor (1, 10, and 100 ng / ml) increased the content of calcium in the supernatant .001).
