液压传动具有能量大、反应快、易控制、输出力(或力矩)火等诸多优点,在现代机械设备(尤其是大型、特大型设备)中被广泛采用。液压系统属封闭的管路循环系统,液压系统故障隐形难以查找是液压传动的主要缺点之一。设备的液压系统一旦出现故障应尽快确定故障原因并排除,以减小因设备停车而造成的经济损失。工程技术人员需凭借自身的专业技术功底、液压传动基础知识、液压元件原理构造及基本回路知识进行故障分析。
