September 9, Hebei Province, Harbor Authority and Qinhuangdao Port Group Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Port Group to set up the General Assembly held in Qinhuangdao Port Club. The meeting was highly regarded and supported by Hebei Province, Ministry of Communications and Qinhuangdao City. Chief Minister of Communications of Hebei Province presided over the meeting and read out the relevant documents of the provincial government on the establishment of the Hebei Provincial Navigation Authority and the reform of Qinhuangdao Port;
