目的:观察连芪消渴胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,ip 30 mg.kg-1链脲佐菌素制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分组并给药治疗8周,取血检测空腹血糖、胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛,计算胰岛素敏感指数及光镜下观察胰腺病理组织学变化。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较:血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙二醛水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、超氧化物歧化酶明显降低(P<0.05),胰岛细胞损伤明显;连芪消渴胶囊治疗组与模型组比较:血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙二醛水平明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、超氧化物歧化酶明显升高(P<0.05),胰岛细胞损伤减轻。结论:连芪消渴胶囊具有降低大鼠空腹血糖和血脂的作用,其机理可能与提高胰岛素敏感性、修复损伤的胰岛细胞和改善体内氧化应激水平有关。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule on type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: After fed with high-sucrose and high-fat diet for 4 weeks, rats were induced by streptozotocin ip 30 mg.kg-1 for 8 weeks. Blood samples were collected for fasting blood glucose, insulin, total cholesterol , Triglycerides, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, calculated insulin sensitivity index and light microscopy pancreatic histopathological changes. Results: Compared with normal control group, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride and malondialdehyde were significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01), insulin, insulin sensitivity index P <0.05), and the islet cell injury was obvious. Compared with the model group, the levels of blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride and malondialdehyde were significantly decreased in Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Sensitive index, superoxide dismutase increased significantly (P <0.05), islet cell injury reduced. Conclusion: Lianqi Xiaoke Capsule can reduce fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in rats. The mechanism may be related to improving insulin sensitivity, repairing damaged islet cells and improving oxidative stress in vivo.
