常施用化肥既影响蔬菜品质,又会对土壤造成危害,现以印度梨形孢为试材,以莴苣为研究对象,在莴苣幼苗期加入印度梨形孢(Piriformospora indica)菌剂组,以不施加任何肥料为对照(CK),研究了生物菌剂印度梨形孢对莴苣的增产提质作用,以期为莴苣高产高质栽培以及新型菌肥的开发研制提供理论依据。结果表明:施加印度梨形孢的莴苣株高较对照组提高13.7%,叶鲜重较对照提高61.9%,茎粗较对照组提高12.5%,茎鲜重较对照提高53.2%,根鲜重较对照组提高15.1%;品质指标中施加印度梨形孢的莴苣茎和叶中蛋白质含量分别较对照提高90.0%和15.6%,茎和叶中还原性糖含量较对照分别提高30.4%和72.9%,茎和叶中维生素C含量分别较对照提高59.5%和73.6%;建议农民在莴苣种植的苗期施加印度梨形孢菌剂,可显著提高莴苣的产量和品质。

The results showed that the plant height of lettuce was increased by 13.7%, the fresh weight of leaves was increased by 61.9%, the stem diameter was 12.5% higher than that of the control group, the fresh weight of stems was increased by 53.2% The control group increased by 15.1%; the protein content in the stems and leaves of Liriodendron indica Indiana increased by 90.0% and 15.6% respectively compared with the control, while the reducing sugar content in the stem and leaves increased by 30.4% and 72.9% The contents of vitamin C in stems and leaves were increased by 59.5% and 73.6% compared with the control respectively. It is suggested that the application of Indian pear-shaped fungi in the seedling stage of lettuce plantation could significantly improve the yield and quality of lettuce.
