目的:了解西宁地区血浆脑钠肽、醛固酮和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平与妊高征发生的关系。方法:通过对68例西宁地区妊娠高血压综合征合并心力衰竭患者和32例西宁地区无妊高征病史的足月妊娠患者作为对照分析,用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法(ELISA)测定血浆脑钠肽、醛固酮和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结果:妊高征合并心力衰竭组血浆脑钠肽、醛固酮和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量明显高于对照组,且心功能越差,血浆脑钠肽、醛固酮和血管紧张素Ⅱ与妊高征发生的关系含量越高。结论:初步探讨了血浆脑钠肽、醛固酮和血管紧张素Ⅱ在妊高征合并心衰患者中的临床应用价值,为西宁地区妊高征患者合并心力衰竭及其严重程度的诊治及治疗提供依据,对评价心脏衰竭程度有重要参考价值,可作为临床评价心功能的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide, aldosterone and angiotensin Ⅱ levels and the occurrence of pregnancy induced hypertension in Xining area. Methods: Sixty-eight pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with heart failure and 32 full-term pregnant women with no history of pregnancy-induced hypertension in Xining district of Xining city were enrolled in this study. Plasma levels of the brain were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Natriuretic peptide, aldosterone and angiotensin II levels. Results: The levels of plasma brain natriuretic peptide, aldosterone and angiotensin Ⅱ in patients with PIH and heart failure were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the heart function was worse. Plasma BNP, aldosterone, angiotensin Ⅱ and PIH The higher the content of the relationship. Conclusions: The clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide, aldosterone and angiotensin Ⅱ in patients with PIH complicated with heart failure is preliminarily discussed to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure and its severity in patients with PIH in Xining , Has an important reference value for evaluating the degree of heart failure and can be used as an important index for clinical evaluation of cardiac function.
