目的:探讨植入微种植钉支抗前是否切开牙龈对微种植钉支抗稳定性的影响。方法:选择78例双颌前突的正畸患者,需要拔除4颗第一前磨牙并在第二前磨牙和第一磨牙间植入微种植钉加强支抗,采用一步法整体内收6颗前牙,植入微种植钉前选择患者左侧切开软组织,右侧不予切开。2周后用Ni Ti拉簧持续加力6个月,力值200g,统计6个月内微种植钉的稳定性并进行对比分析。结果:两组病例中微型种植钉均能达到一定稳定性,切开牙龈组稳定性高于未切开牙龈组,但二者差异无统计学意义。结论:是否切开软组织对微种植钉支抗稳定性无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of micro-implanting nail on the anchorage stability of micro-implanting gingiva before implants. Methods: 78 cases of orthodontic patients with bimaxillary protrusion were selected. Four first premolar need to be extracted and implanted with micro-planting nail between the second premolar and the first molar to strengthen the support. Anterior teeth, micro-implant implants selected patients before the left incision soft tissue, the right will not be cut. After 2 weeks, Ni Ti tension spring was used to continue the force for 6 months and the force value was 200g. The stability of micro-implanting nail in 6 months was calculated and compared. Results: The stability of micro-implanting nail in both groups was better than that in non-incised gum group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Whether soft tissue incision or not has no significant effect on stability of micro-implant nail.
