本文采用电子扫描研究了球铁曲轴园角区黑点缺陷的性质;借助电子计算数字模拟的方法查明黑点缺陷产生的机理;通过实体曲轴解剖完全证实上述研究、分析结果.最后采用减少加工余量、按放衬砂串水冷铁、控制碳当量在4.6~4.7%、加强孕育效果、提高铸型紧实度等措施,消除了曲轴园角区黑点缺陷.
In this paper, the electron scans were used to study the properties of black spot defects in the corner zone of ductile iron crankshaft. The mechanism of black spot defects was identified by means of electronic calculation and numerical simulation. The results of the above studies were fully confirmed by solid crankshaft dissection. Finally, Balance, according to the water-cooled iron sand liner, carbon equivalent control at 4.6 ~ 4.7%, to enhance the effect of inoculation, improve the compaction mold and other measures to eliminate the black corner of crankshaft corner defects.
