伴随着我国社会市场经济的不断向前发展,事业单位的发展也走向了不断改革的道路,建设服务型的事业单位已经成为了发展的重要趋势。人力资源管理是事业单位管理中的重要构成部分,是提升事业单位自身服务能力的重要工作。本文主要结合实践,就服务型事业单位人力资源管理体系的建立进行了探讨,阐述了有效提升事业单位人力资源管理的方法和措施,以期能够更好的提升事业单位的服务能力。
With the continuous development of the social market economy in our country, the development of public institutions has also taken the road of continuous reform. The construction of service-oriented public institutions has become an important trend of development. Human resource management is an important part of the management of public institutions and an important task in enhancing the self-service capacity of public institutions. In this paper, we mainly discuss the establishment of human resources management system in service-oriented public institutions, and expound the methods and measures to effectively improve the human resources management in public institutions so as to improve the service ability of public institutions.
