眼下,地方各级党委正集中换届,人员调整的幅度会比较大。能否正确对待个人的进退留转,对领导干部来说是一次严峻的考验。一次,笔者的一位同事讲述了他的尴尬遭遇,他因有事拨通了乡政府值班室电话,拨了几次才有人接听。找书记、乡长,均回答不在,再问其他干部,也说不在。接电话的人最后说“:现在党委要换届,找谁都难。”听了这位同事的诉说,笔者心头产生一丝忧虑,临近换届,有些干部怎么了?
At the moment, local Party committees at various levels are concentrating on general election and the personnel adjustment rate will be relatively large. The correct handling of individuals’ progress and withdrawal is a severe test for leading cadres. Once, I wrote a colleague about his embarrassing encounter, because he dialed the township government duty room telephone, dial a few times before someone answered. Looking for secretary, mayor, are not answerable, ask other cadres, also said no. The last person who answered the phone said: “Now the party committees want general election, no one can find any difficulty.” After listening to the colleague’s complaint, I have a hint of anxiety in my heart, approaching the general election.
