城市雨水调控排放是海绵城市建设雨水综合利用的重要技术措施之一.对于减轻雨水洪涝灾害和改善水生态环境等具有重要的积极意义。对城市雨水调控排放系统的结构组成、调蓄容积的设计方法等进行了论述,并在北京通州永顺新区珠江国际城海绵型小区建设中进行了应用。模拟计算结果表明,对屋顶雨水采用调控排放措施后,1年一遇降雨的外排峰值从0.483 m~3/s下降到0.157 m~3/s,相当于外排径流系数从0.34减少至0.11。
It is one of the important technical measures for comprehensive utilization of rainwater in urban sponge city to regulate and control urban rainwater, which is of great significance for mitigating rainwater and flood disasters and improving aquatic environment. The structural composition of urban rainwater regulation and discharge system, the design method of storage volume and so on are discussed, and applied in the construction of the sponge area in Pearl River International City in Yongshun New Area, Beijing. The results of simulation show that the peak discharge of rainwater in one year drops from 0.483 m ~ 3 / s to 0.157 m ~ 3 / s, which is equivalent to the decrease of efflux flow coefficient from 0.34 to 0.11 .
