首先介绍了异相型抽油机的特点和应用情况,然后提出了异相游梁平衡的概念,给出异相游梁平衡的定义,并推导出异相游梁平衡的理论计算公式,最后,以16型6m游梁式抽油机为例,计算了在曲柄平衡(τ=-7°,W′=0)、复合平衡(τ=-7°,λ=0°)及异相游梁复合平衡(τ=-7°,λ=-21.8°)等3种平衡方式下该抽油机的主要技术参数和机构的受力情况。结果表明:抽油机采用异相游梁复合平衡无论与采用曲柄平衡,还是与采用复合平衡相比,都具有明显的优点。对重型、长冲程抽油机的设计具有重要的指导意义。
Firstly, the characteristics and applications of heterogeneous pumping units are introduced. Then the concept of out-of-phase beam is put forward. The definition of out-of-phase beam is given and the theoretical formula for the balance of out-beam is deduced. Finally, Taking the 16m type 6m beam pumping unit as an example, the effects of crank balance (τ = -7 °, W ’= 0), complex balance (τ = -7 °, λ = 0 °) Beam balance (τ = -7 °, λ = -21.8 °) and other three kinds of balance mode under the main technical parameters of the pumping unit and the mechanism of the force situation. The results show that the compound balance of the heterogeneous beam with the pumping unit has obvious advantages compared with using the crank balance or adopting the compound balance. For heavy-duty, long-stroke pumping unit design has important guiding significance.
