受全球能源危机影响,“低碳经济”、“低碳技术”、“低碳城市”等一系列新概念应运而生,在2009年的北京CBD国际商务节上,全球首个“低碳CBD”概念的提出,再次引发了人们对于低碳建筑的热切关注。与其不谋而合的是,国际地产巨头凯德置地也于近期重点推出其低碳住宅项目凯德·锦绣,这是北京提出“低碳CBD”后首个亮相的项目,受到广泛关注。业内人士表示,凯德·锦绣地处CBD东扩区,又与北京CBD理念契合,堪称低碳建筑的实践楷模。
